The ICASSP 2026 will take place at the Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB), located in the Diagonal Mar area of Barcelona. The venue is included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia and offers modern, flexible spaces for large-scale events. CCIB features a 4,000 m² hall leading to over 13,500 m² of column-free convention and exhibition space, which can be divided into up to 8 separate areas, accommodating between 5,000 and 15,000 participants.

Under the ICASSP sustainability framework, operational decisions are guided by the Operational Sustainability Excellence pillar, including KPIs related to materials management, waste reduction, and waste diversion from landfill.
